Fabricated in textured silk & linen, with an underlying lustre as if time has subdued a past opulence,the piece features hidden in-seam pockets, an invisible closure system, blind-stitched facings, and contrasting bias tape to finish the inner seams.

Dryclean for best results. May also be spot cleaned, hand-washed, or machine washed cold gentle cycle for more texturing. If washed, hang dry.

Plaster is a textured greyish off-white with a subtle underlying lustre. The color was based on the plaster wall of our studio gallery.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
The coat is cut and sewn in New York City by our long-time manufacturing parter, known for their extreme precision. The fabric is sourced from a small mill in Japan, specializing in ethically-sourced silk blends.
ETYMOLOGY
The coat was conceived as an invitation into discourse between contrasting perspectives with the mutual goal of arriving at deeper understandings of reality and the other.
