We hope you love every item in your order but if something doesn’t work for you we offer easy returns & exchanges via our returns portal.
Items can be returned within 21 days for a full refund, less our return shipping cost (”handling fee”), or simply exchanged for a different size, item, or store credit with no additional shipping costs.
Items marked as ‘exchange only’ or discounted more more than 40% may be only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items marked as ‘final sale’ may not be returned except in special cases such as the wrong item being sent.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any marks and odors, with all tags attaching in their original protective bags.
Please be mindful when trying the items, keeping them free of deodorant, makeup, perfumes, etc. Shoes must be returned un-scuffed with clean soles in the original, undamaged box.
Eyn Vas reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy (it is extremely rare). Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
