Role:  Client Consultant & Studio Assistant

Part-time (25-30 hrs/week) with possibility of transitioning to full time.

$20-$30 per hour + commissions

Location:  Los Angeles

Role Description:

As a small, steadily growing brand looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable team member who wants to contribute to building this business, engaging with the community, and pioneering visions of beautiful & regenerative personal and planetary ecosystems. Your role in communicating with customers will be an important building block for success and there is room for you to grow with the company and innovate with us in the Los Angeles and international alternative fashion space.

 

At Eyn Vas, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service in our ethereal studio/store hybrid space, educate customers about the product and creating excitement around the brand.
  • Build an ongoing relationship with customers, stylists, and other visitors to the showroom.
  • Interact with customers online by responding to inquiries about sizing, materials, etc., and help facilitate returns.
  • Assist in merchandising the store/showroom.
  • Participate in order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.
  • Help maintain a beautiful and clean environment both on the floor and in the studio and stockroom.
  • Have the opportunity to help with other aspects of the brand such as content creation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Trustworthy and dependable
  • Passionate about design & style, and interested in empowering others through clothing
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people and creating a memorable experience for guests.
  • Curious, love to learn, and wish to maintain an educational environment, both for our team and our community
  • You may be experienced in fashion, ideally a retail or brand environment
  • You have a strong aesthetic sensibility and are familiar with designers & luxury brands.
  • Your schedule is somewhat flexible and you can work on Saturdays
  • Proficient with standard programs, apps and platforms.

 

Workplace:

You will be working in our beautiful and spacious studio-store hybrid in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Echo Park, where customers come to experience the brand in person. Periodically we host exhibitions and collaborations, a wonderful opportunity to meet creative, influential, and interesting people who expand our horizons individually and as a brand.
