SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150.  Express shipping methods are also available. 

International shipping is calculated at checkout and includes your country's duties and taxes so there will be no unexpected costs!

Regular orders ship within 2 business days directly from our Los Angeles studio.  Expedited orders placed before 11am PT ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11am PT ship the next business day.

RETURNS

We hope you love every item in your order but if something doesn’t work for you we offer free and easy returns & exchanges within 21 days of purchase. 

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks and odors in the original protective packaging.  

Please be mindful when trying the items, keeping them free of deodorant, makeup, perfumes, and other odors.  Shoes must be returned unscuffed with clean soles in the original, undamaged box.  

Eÿn Vas reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy (it is extremely rare).  Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

RETURN PROCESS & GUIDELINES

You can initiate a return by replying to your order confirmation or emailing studio@eynvas.com and tell us the items you'd like to exchange.  We we will provide you with a shipping label.  Please carefully pack the items so they will not be damaged in transit.  Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the goods back.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns according to the above policy and guidelines, however we do not provide a shipping label and it will be your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to our Los Angeles studio or warehouse.
